Delete your account
You can delete your Candlewick account and all of your data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Candlewick and go to Settings, then tap Delete account. After you confirm, your account and all of your personal data are permanently removed. Your partner keeps the club and their own data; you are removed from it. This cannot be undone.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete your account and associated content for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and display name, your ratings and journal entries, the photos you added, your saved wishlist places, and your push notification tokens. This data is removed and is not recoverable.
