How does Candlewick work?

Each month, one of you secretly picks a restaurant neither of you has been to. On the night, the pick is revealed and you enjoy it together, add photos, and write a memory. You both rate the night in private, and the scores stay sealed until the season ends and a winner is crowned.

How do my partner and I pair up?

One of you creates a pair and shares the invite link or code. When your partner opens it and signs in, you are connected. From then on, you share the ritual.

What does premium include, and does my partner need to pay too?

Premium unlocks the full Candlewick experience, including the year in review keepsake. When one partner subscribes, both partners in the pair get premium. You only pay once per couple.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open Settings in the app and tap Manage subscription, or go to your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

I am having trouble signing in.

Candlewick supports Sign in with Apple, Google, and email links. If a method is not working, try another, make sure you are on the latest version, and email us at [email protected] if it persists.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete your account and associated content.
